Conducting a matching in RealAdvisor CRM
When a new listing comes online, you can quickly find buyers in your existing pipeline who might be a good fit. The Matching tool scans the requirements of your registered buyers (budget, location, size, etc.) against the property you’re working on. Follow the steps below to perform a matching from within your RealAdvisor CRM.
Step 1: Go to the Listings section
In the left‑hand menu, select Sales (Vente) and then choose Listings (Annonces). This shows all of your active and draft properties.
Locate the listing you wish to match buyers for and click it. The property’s mini‑dashboard will open.
Step 2: Open the Buyers tab
Along the top of the property dashboard you will see various tabs such as Listing, Activity, Images, Documents, Marketing, Property, Buyers, Offers and Transaction.
Click Buyers. This displays your buyer pipeline for the selected property, with columns for “Matched”, “Match sent”, “Interested”, “Brochure sent”, “Visit planned”, etc.
Step 3: Launch the Matching tool
On the Buyers tab, locate and click the Matching button (usually near the search field).
The matching window will open with default criteria (price range, number of rooms, location, etc.) pre‑filled based on the property.
Step 4: Set or adjust the matching criteria
Review the default criteria. You can modify any field to refine your search — for example, widen or narrow the acceptable budget range, adjust the number of bedrooms, or filter by property type.
Use the available dropdowns or sliders to update the criteria until you’re satisfied that the results will reflect your ideal buyer profile.
Step 5: Select buyers to match
Once you apply criteria, the system will display a list of potential buyers from your CRM whose requirements match the property.
You can Select all if all candidates fit well, or tick only the buyers you know might be interested.
Step 6: Add selected buyers to the matching pipeline
After selecting the appropriate buyers, click Add.
The selected buyers will move into the Matching column of your buyer pipeline, allowing you to follow up, send information and track their progress easily.
Repeat this process for each new listing to continually pair properties with the right clients.
Tips
The matching tool only surfaces clients who already exist in your CRM. To include new prospects, make sure they are added to your database first.
You can refine and run the matching multiple times; if you later adjust a property’s price or specifications, re-run the matching to see updated results.
Use the buyer pipeline columns to track communications: when you send matches, see which buyers are interested, and follow them through brochure sent, visit planned, etc.
